Yesterday I was lucky enough to take a walk on the Towpath, where spring was warming into summer. The shift was evident all around me as my senses were bombarded. I'm experiencing a similar shift within. I'm exploring more ways to share more of the benefits of yoga with more people.

- Preschool yoga--I'm amazed by how many of the Ohio Early Childhood standards are met with yoga! I'm planning to offer preschools mini yoga sessions on a weekly or monthly basis beginning in September. If you want to learn more, email me.
- Corporate/business yoga--Bringing yoga into the workplace can improve productivity, reduce stress, increase positive interactions within the work community, and provide longterm health benefits. I am offering Lunch Yoga in 30 - 45 minute sessions to provide movement and breath work to improve worker productivity. I am also offering a few lucky companies, end of the work day full yoga sessions weekly or biweekly. Email me if you want to bring this to your workplace.
