Just 4 Girls
Yoga is a great way for girls to develop more mental focus, self esteem, body awareness, and lifelong healthy habits. Just4Girls is best suited for girls in grades 1 - 5 or grades 6 - 8. We play games and tell stories, and we wrap it up with a creative take home project. Each session focuses on a different theme such as Kindness, Beauty, Strength, Spoken Words, and Relaxation.
It would be a pleasure to bring this resource to your school during physical education or recess, after school program, or community organization. We can also set up a single session for a special event. Let's talk about it.
